Challenge: to reimagine this acreage homesite’s landscaped spaces with a contemporary hill country approach

Solution: a total renovation of the front and backyard spaces. Keeping only the existing driveways, the front landscape incorporated a central, wider path, new landscape beds surrounding the house and a fresh take on the streetside landscaping.  The second phase design centered around a new swimming pool and outdoor living space.  A lighted game area, a firepit area created out of existing bedrock and a waterwise landscape help define and segue the space into the untouched natural area. Boulders excavated during the pool build were repurposed throughout the design.
